Our name
「界」 means a higher level, and going beyond limits. The red X in our logo is the step from everyday to better. For us, that step is simple: more tender, juicier, and a good sear at home on your first try.
What we do: choose, prepare, cook
- Choose: We pick cuts worth buying and tell you where they come from, their grade and how to cook them.
- Prepare: We turn thawing, cutting and temperature into steps you can follow at home.
- Cook: Every cut comes with a recipe, so good meat becomes a good meal.
